The Little Nail  is a self-telescoping and rotationally stable assembly to treat Osteogenesis Imperfecta bones. The Little Nail is presented in various diameters of 2.6, 3.2, 4.0, 4.8, 5.6 and 6.4mm. The length of the nails is pre-adjusted, to the patient’s anatomy. The Little Nail assembly has two rotationally stable components and can be inserted and removed simultaneously. The insertion of the Little Nail , does not require intraoperative cutting, the length of the Little Nail can be adjusted if needed. The extraction of the Little Nail is simple and it is done simultaneously for both female and male components.
